The Eracis+ team at the Lazareto Social Center strengthens coordination with Community Services

The Eracis+ team from the Lazareto Social Center held a coordination meeting with the Huelva City Council's Community Services department. The primary objective of this session was to establish a joint follow-up process for the cases of individuals and families receiving support from both entities.

This initiative aims to improve the management and monitoring of social assistance programs. By aligning their efforts, the teams seek to ensure more effective oversight and support for the vulnerable populations currently served by the municipal and social center resources.
