Spanish wheelchair tennis player Martín de la Puente concluded his campaign at the US Open in New York this Saturday after falling in both the doubles final and the singles semifinal. Partnering with Dutch player Ruben Spaargaren, de la Puente was defeated in the doubles championship match by the British duo of Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid with a score of 2-6, 6-3, 10-7.
