The Ayuso government puts the controversial Chamberí penthouse up for sale for 6.7 million and gives itself a month to find a buyer

The Community of Madrid, through the public entity Planifica Madrid, has officially listed a property in the Chamberí district for sale. The penthouse, located on General Martínez Campos street, is priced at 6.69 million euros, excluding taxes. The regional government has established a one-month timeframe to secure a buyer for the asset.

This sale follows the announcement of the property's availability on the regional Portal de Contratación. The listing coincides with the commencement of renovation works at the Puerta del Sol government headquarters, as noted in the official procurement documentation.
