El Gobierno porteño reportó menos reclamos por residuos y una encuesta mostró apoyo a controles y sanciones

Between January and July of 2026, the Government of the City of Buenos Aires reported a 70% decrease in service requests and complaints related to waste management. The data was compiled from citizen contacts through Boti, the BAX application, and telephone lines.

Alongside the reported drop in waste-related incidents, a public opinion survey indicated citizen support for government controls and punitive sanctions regarding urban waste management in the capital.
