El juez del ‘caso Koldo’ incorpora a la causa por corrupción en obra pública la adjudicación de los túneles de Belate (Navarra) en la que participó la empresa de Santos Cerdán

The judge overseeing the "Koldo case" has incorporated the 62.8 million euro contract for the duplication of the Belate tunnels in Navarra into the ongoing public works corruption investigation. The contract was awarded by the government of María Chivite to a temporary business alliance.

The newly added adjudication is notable for the participation of a company linked to Santos Cerdán. This expansion broadens the scope of the corruption probe into public contracting overseen by the presiding magistrate.
