El malestar de los funcionarios se extiende por las administraciones ante el "deterioro de los servicios públicos"

Civil servants across public administrations in Spain are expressing growing discontent regarding the perceived deterioration of public services. In response to this widespread malaise, union representatives have confirmed plans to contact the Ministry of Public Function.

The primary objective of these upcoming contacts is to reactivate the development of the overarching Framework Agreement (Acuerdo Marco). This agreement includes provisions for a 5 percent salary increase for public employees as part of efforts to address ongoing labor and administrative concerns.
