Six years after the implementation of telework regulations in Spain, the hybrid work model has achieved stability. This approach, which integrates both office-based and remote work, has become a consolidated practice within the Spanish labor market.

While the hybrid model was relatively uncommon prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has since become a standard fixture. Despite its widespread adoption, the practice remains uneven, as it is not currently implemented across all sectors or professional environments.
