El padre de Francesc Augé renuncia formalmente a seguir litigando para evitar su eutanasia

The father of 56-year-old Francesc Augé has formally dropped his legal efforts to prevent his son's assisted dying procedure. The Generalitat had originally authorized Augé's requested euthanasia in August 2024.

Following the authorization, the father had initially filed a legal challenge in an attempt to block the procedure. With this formal renunciation, the judicial battle to stop the assisted death has concluded.
