The PP emphasizes that the Government has ten days to explain to the Supreme Court why it is not appearing in the Senate for Ceuta

The Partido Popular (PP) has stated that the Spanish government has a period of ten days to explain to the Supreme Court its refusal to appear before the Senate regarding the situation in Ceuta.

This development follows a Supreme Court ruling that dismissed an urgent interim measure (medida cautelarísima) requested by the PP to compel several government ministers to attend the Senate committee. The ministers had previously been summoned but declined to participate.
