The president of Burgos CF has placed promotion to the First Division among the objectives of the season.

On August 17, Burgos CF president Marcelo Figoli stated that promotion to the First Division is one of the club's objectives for the current season.

Speaking in Burgos, Figoli also confirmed that the organization will continue to work in the transfer market to finalize its squad for the campaign.
