The Estadio Nacional is emerging as a potential venue to host the final of the 2026 Copa de la Liga, which is scheduled for Sunday, November 15. However, the stadium's availability to host the match remains contingent upon final decisions regarding the venue and a prospective visit by Pope Leo XIV to Lima.
While the fixture is provisionally linked to the Estadio Nacional, the confirmation of the venue depends directly on how the scheduling of the papal visit intersects with the planned date of the sporting event in mid-November 2026.
