The Dominican Republic's women's 4x100 relay team secured the country's eleventh gold medal in athletics at the Central American and Caribbean Games Santo Domingo 2026.

The victorious quartet was composed of athletes Liranyi Alonzo, Fiordaliza Cofil, Patricia Sine, and Estrella de Aza.
