El Supremo pide al TSJCV el auto sobre Mazón para decidir si le investiga por falso testimonio

The Second Chamber of the Supreme Court of Spain has requested documentation from the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV) regarding Carlos Mazón, the former president of the Generalitat. The Supreme Court is reviewing a March 16 judicial order in which the TSJCV declined jurisdiction to investigate Mazón for alleged perjury.
