Financier Elías Piccirillo has filed a motion to annul the judicial reconstruction of an incident occurring on the night of January 17, 2025. Prosecutors allege that on this date, Piccirillo planted drugs and a firearm on a creditor. The reconstruction was intended to recreate the events surrounding these criminal accusations.

Federal prosecutor Franco Picardi has formally requested that the court reject Piccirillo’s motion. The legal dispute centers on the validity of the reconstruction process as the case against the detained financier proceeds through the federal justice system.
