The Sánchez government and the Vivas administration are fighting over who should pay the 80 euros that the forensic report costs to identify whether a migrant is a minor.

Spanish Minister of Inclusion, Social Security, and Migration and Government Spokesperson Elma Saiz defended the central government's response to the crisis in Ceuta.

Speaking in Melilla on September 17, Saiz stated that the executive is working intensively to help Ceuta return to normality.
