‘Embrace innovative distance learning’

The Tanzanian Ministry of Education has called on African universities to adopt Artificial Intelligence and innovative distance-learning models. The initiative aims to increase access to affordable and high-quality higher education for the continent's expanding youth population. The call was issued by the Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education in Dar es Salaam. By integrating these technologies, the government seeks to address the educational needs of a growing demographic through modernized, scalable academic frameworks.
