EPA seeks more public comments as it struggles to devise water rule that limits scope on wetlands

The Environmental Protection Agency announced on Friday that it is seeking additional public comments as it works to redefine the scope of the Clean Water Act. The agency is currently attempting to draft a new rule that limits the number of wetlands covered by federal regulations.
