‘Especially meaningful’: John Lee on debuting 5-year plan with policy address

Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu held his first town hall meeting on Sunday as part of the public consultation process for his upcoming annual policy address.

During the session, Lee noted that this year's policy address will serve as a progress report on the city’s five-year plan. He described the simultaneous consultation of the two key documents as "especially meaningful."
