Bucaramanga-Bogotá Highway: Heavy cargo passage expected to reopen in the Pescadero sector starting October 1st

The National Roads Institute (Invías) plans to reopen the Pescadero sector of the Bucaramanga-Bogotá highway to heavy cargo traffic starting October 1, 2026. This reopening is contingent upon the successful completion of ongoing mitigation works currently underway at kilometer 53 of the route.
