Estado portugués compra 13,7 % del capital de energética lusa REN a Pontegadea Inversiones

The Portuguese state has reached an agreement to acquire a 13.7% stake in the national energy grid operator, Redes Energéticas Nacionais (REN). The shares are being purchased from Pontegadea Inversiones S.L., the investment vehicle owned by Spanish businessman Amancio Ortega.
