Estados Unidos deportó a Venezuela a un ex coronel de la Guardia Nacional señalado por torturar a manifestantes opositores

The United States has deported former National Guard Colonel Rafael José Quero Silva back to Venezuela. The deportation was carried out by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Quero Silva is accused of participating in the detention and torture of opposition protesters under the regime of Nicolás Maduro.
