Villages evacuated in Guatemala due to eruptions of the Fuego volcano

On Tuesday, civil protection authorities in Guatemala evacuated at least two villages following an increase in eruptions from the Volcán de Fuego, which is situated in the central region of the country.

The evacuations were detailed by the National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction, known as Conred, during briefings with journalists.
