Salcedo Fernández's evaluation in the Supreme Court will not take place

Nancy I. Salcedo Fernández, the second substitute judge of the president of the Supreme Court of Justice, has officially communicated her decision not to undergo the evaluation process. On Monday, she informed the President of the Republic and of the National Council of the Magistracy (CNM), Luis Abinader, of her choice to opt out of the evaluation.
