Salcedo Fernández's evaluation in the Supreme Court will not take place

Nancy I. Salcedo Fernández, the second substitute judge of the president of the Supreme Court of Justice, has officially withdrawn from the evaluation process for the court. On Monday, she communicated her decision directly to President Luis Abinader, who also serves as the head of the National Council of the Magistracy (CNM).

The communication marks a significant development regarding the scheduled evaluation proceedings involving high-ranking judicial figures in the Dominican Republic. As a result of her decision, the planned evaluation for Salcedo Fernández will not take place.
