Salcedo Fernández's evaluation in the Supreme Court will not take place

Nancy I. Salcedo Fernández, the second substitute judge to the president of the Supreme Court of Justice, officially notified President Luis Abinader of her decision not to participate in the upcoming evaluation process. The communication was delivered this Monday to the President, who also serves as the head of the National Council of the Magistracy (CNM).

This decision effectively halts the evaluation process for the judge within the Supreme Court. The move follows the established procedures of the National Council of the Magistracy, which oversees the assessment of high-ranking judicial officials in the Dominican Republic.
