Salcedo Fernández's evaluation in the Supreme Court will not take place

Nancy I. Salcedo Fernández, the second substitute judge of the president of the Supreme Court of Justice, has officially communicated her decision not to undergo the evaluation process. The announcement was made on Monday in a communication addressed to the President of the Republic and of the National Council of the Magistracy (CNM), Luis Abinader.

As a result of this decision, the scheduled evaluation process for Judge Salcedo Fernández within the Supreme Court will not take place. The National Council of the Magistracy, headed by President Abinader, received the notification directly from the magistrate regarding her withdrawal from the upcoming evaluation procedures.
