Ex-hostage’s mother Einav Zangauker says Golan broke promise to add her to Democrats’ Knesset slate

Zangauker claims that Golan provided assurances over several months that she would be placed on the list for the upcoming parliamentary elections.

In response to the accusation, Golan issued an apology for the disappointment caused to Zangauker. He stated that while she would not be on the Knesset slate, he intends for her to play a meaningful role in the party's broader campaign. The Democrats party recently finalized its candidate list following an internal primary process involving over 97,000 registered members.
