Ex-military intel captain convicted for role in child appropriation case in Tucumán

Former military intelligence captain Carlos Alberto Vega has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for his role in the 1977 abduction and appropriation of Marcos Ramos as an infant during the last military dictatorship in Tucumán.

Ramos's recovery of his identity makes him the 128th grandchild to be successfully located and identified.
