Iranian media: Qeshm Island hit by US strike, explosions heard in Iran’s Andimeshk Iranian state TV reported on Tuesday that explosions were heard in the Iranian city of Andimeshk, located in the southern Khuzestan province. The governor of Qeshm Island also confirmed earlier reports to IRIB news agency that US projectiles struck the island at 7pm local time. Explosions reported on Iran’s Qeshm and Kish Islands Iran’s Fars news agency reported on Tuesday that explosions have been heard in Qeshm Island, with the cause of the blasts unknown.
Meanwhile, Tasnim news agency added that a US projectile exploded near the water and electricity facility on Iran’s Kish Island. No reports have been made in regard to damage or casualties as of yet.
