Expresidente de Costa Rica Carlos Alvarado asumirá la Secretaría General de organización internacional sobre cambio climático

Former President of Costa Rica Carlos Alvarado Quesada has been elected as the new Secretary General of the Climate Vulnerable Forum–V20 (CVF-V20).

The international organization brings together 77 countries that are particularly vulnerable to the effects of climate change.
