The fire in Niebla (Huelva) has been extinguished after 15 days and 33,000 hectares burned.

The Forestry Fire Extinguishing Service of Andalusia (Infoca) declared the Niebla wildfire in Huelva extinguished at 21:00 on Friday. The announcement brings an end to a 15-day emergency operation.

Over the course of two weeks, the blaze destroyed approximately 33,000 hectares across eleven areas. The prolonged fire presented a significant challenge to regional firefighting resources before finally being brought under full control.
