Falcon auction sales in Saudi Arabia exceed $12m in six years

The National Center for Falcons in Riyadh is set to host its seventh annual auction for locally trapped falcons, scheduled to run from October 1 to November 30. This event serves as a prominent gathering for falconers throughout the Kingdom, drawing hundreds of participants each year.

Since its inception in 2020, the auction has facilitated the sale of 455 falcons, generating approximately SR45.3 million, or $12 million. The event continues to function as a significant marketplace for the regional falconry community.
