Family sells 1,500-acre farmland portfolio for $22.46m after owner’s death

The farmland portfolio of the late Philip Rietveld was sold for $22.46 million during a two-day auction held across Illinois and Indiana. The sale comprised 1,500 acres divided into 23 distinct tracts of land.
