The Government warns that there will be minors in Ceuta who will be granted asylum and who will not be able to be reunited with their families.

The Spanish Government has announced that minor migrants who entered Ceuta irregularly will be granted asylum and will not be eligible for family reunification. Minister of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, Ángel Víctor Torres, defended the administration's stance while discussing the ongoing situation involving the minors who arrived in the autonomous city.

In response to the government's handling of the situation, People's Party (PP) leader Alberto Núñez Feijóo has strongly criticized the administration. Feijóo accused the government of lying and abandoning the residents of Ceuta, calling on citizens to participate in nationwide demonstrations scheduled for Wednesday, including a rally in Madrid where he plans to attend.
