Fiery wrong-way crash on I-64 leaves 2 dead, 1 critically injured

A head-on crash in Butler Township left one person dead and sent three others, including a juvenile, to the hospital by medical helicopter. The deadly crash happened late Sunday night on westbound I-64 at Jefferson Avenue.
