Florida federal prosecutor who was fired over posts critical of Trump sues Justice Department

A Miami federal prosecutor who was fired last year has filed a lawsuit against the Justice Department on Friday. The termination occurred after he wrote comments critical of President Donald Trump as a private citizen.
