Prosecutor's office seeks life imprisonment for the Quispe Palomino brothers despite the fact that the death of one of them was confirmed five years ago

The Peruvian Prosecutor's Office has formally requested life imprisonment for brothers Víctor Quispe Palomino, known as alias “José”, and Jorge Quispe Palomino, known as alias “Raúl”, for leading the organization Militarizado Partido Comunista del Perú.

The request for maximum sentences comes despite the official confirmation that one of the brothers died five years prior.
