Fiscalía pide casi 10 años de cárcel contra Harvey Colchado por presunta negociación incompatible y falsedad ideológica

The public prosecutor's office in Peru has formally requested a prison sentence of nearly 10 years against former police official and current lawmaker Harvey Colchado.

Authorities have attributed to Colchado the alleged crimes of incompatible negotiation and ideological falsehood, according to an accusatory requirement presented by the Ministerio Público.
