Florida man given 3 days to clear pool area as 335 homes are built

Joe Donzelli, a resident of Tamarac, Florida, is facing a deadline to clear portions of his backyard following a property line dispute with 13th Floor Homes. The developer is currently transforming the former Woodlands Country Club into a residential community featuring 335 new homes. Donzelli, who purchased his property in 2015, reports that the developer claims his pool and enclosed patio encroach upon their land.

Donzelli was initially issued a three-day notice to remove the structures from the disputed area. The conflict highlights the tension between existing homeowners and new large-scale residential developments as the developer moves forward with the construction project.
