Romanian filmmaker Florin Serban won the Golden Leopard at the 79th Locarno Film Festival for his feature film, You Don’t Belong Here. The production, which runs for over two and a half hours, centers on the themes of racism and social discrimination directed toward the Roma community in contemporary Romania.
