Former Kapilvastu mayor found dead in forest after three-day search

Kiran Singh, the 65-year-old former mayor of Kapilvastu, was found dead in the Dhekhari forest following a three-day search. Authorities initiated the search after Singh went missing on Friday evening.

Singh had traveled to the forest area to oversee preparations for the establishment of a commercial farm. His body was recovered from the site after the multi-day search operation concluded.
