Newz(KRON)---UCLA Football has announced that former Raiders Quarterback Derek Carr is joining the coaching staff as a special advisor to head coach Bob Chesney. Carr will help the Bruins offensive staff with game-planning strategy. Carr will also help develop UCLA's quarterbacks.
