Fourth Sydney Airport safety incident under investigation in as many weeks

Airservices Australia, the government-owned organisation responsible for air traffic management, says it reported the "potential traffic conflict" between two Qantas planes to safety authorities on Tuesday. Investigators are examining an incident on Tuesday where two Qantas flights were given clearance to take clashing routes.
