Fox Corp. general counsel and top lawyer Adam Ciongoli is stepping down from his role at the company. He will transition to a position as a special advisor following his departure.
During his tenure, Ciongoli helped steer Fox Corp. through several high-profile lawsuits involving allegations of election falsehoods. Nicholas Trutanich is set to take over the position of general counsel.
