NewzKevin Hart’s production company Hartbeat has inked a vertical series deal with Fox Entertainment. The deal will see Fox Entertainment Studios have first look rights to developing feature film and television series from vertical series released under Hartbeat subsidiary brands Codeblack, Essence and Revolt, which have a combined social following exceeding 20 million. Fox takes a first-look option to develop original vertical series made under the Codeblack, Essence and Revolt brands into future film and television projects.
