Illegal hunting stopped in protected area of Panama and offenders captured

Authorities in Panama arrested two citizens during an operation in the Soberanía National Park for their alleged involvement in illegal hunting within a protected area.

During the intervention, law enforcement officials discovered five dead wild animals inside a backpack carried by the suspects. The Ministry of Environment participated in addressing the incident.
