French singer accuses Miley Cyrus of plagiarism over new song Redlights

French singer Amanda Lear has accused American pop star Miley Cyrus of plagiarism, claiming that Cyrus's new song "Redlights" closely resembles Lear's 1978 track "The Sphinx".

The contested track by Cyrus is featured on her album titled "Bass Persuades". As of now, the public record consists solely of Lear's accusation regarding the musical similarities between the two works.
