The ruling follows repeated mechanical failures that left the truck in official repair shops for a total of 91 days. The decision holds the companies collectively responsible for the defects encountered shortly after the purchase.

In a separate legal development, the National Chamber of Civil Appeals increased an indemnity to nearly 20 million pesos for a man who sustained a severe knee injury during a 2017 concert in Buenos Aires. The court determined liability regarding the incident, which occurred within a theater venue, resulting in a finalized compensation package for the victim.
