Galo Ochoa, who had been sentenced to 12 years in prison in 2019 for a fatal drunk driving incident in Bahía Blanca that killed an 18-year-old, was found dead on Tuesday afternoon in a home in Punta Alta. Authorities discovered his body as they were arriving to arrest him in connection with a new investigation regarding alleged sexual abuse.
