People's Force: The government has created a crisis of legal confidence

The Secretariat of Justice of the Fuerza del Pueblo party publicly accused the Dominican Republic government of generating a crisis of legal confidence and uncertainty. The accusation was made on a Wednesday and centers on allegations that the administration has failed to comply with rulings issued by the Constitutional Court.

In addition to the alleged disregard for judicial decisions, the opposition party criticized the ruling administration for utilizing its legislative majority in the National Congress to pass or modify measures. According to the political organization, these legislative and executive actions collectively undermine the stability of legal frameworks within the country.
